Digital Products
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital purchases.
Physical Products
Many of our physical products are customized specifically for each order. Because of this, all physical product sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@anointedclassywoman.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size, color, or product selection made at checkout
- Accidental orders
- Minor variations that may naturally occur with customized products
